№ 2 · AI automation
I set up AI systems in your own accounts that do it instead. Set them up once, and they become just how things work. A person stays in the loop; the busywork doesn't.
scoped per workflow · fixed quote · no subscription to me
Automated away
Invoices and POs read, filed, and entered without a keyboard. Follow-up emails that actually go out. Jobs scheduled from the inbox, with calendar conflicts caught first. The weekly report that used to eat a Friday afternoon. If it's done by hand on a screen, it's a candidate.
how it goes
The walkthrough: show me the work as it's done today; screen share, thirty minutes. The quote: a fixed number per workflow, and what "done" means in plain English. The build: it runs alongside the manual process until you trust it. The handoff: it runs in your accounts; turn it off, change it, or keep me on call.
what "you own it" means
The automations live in accounts with your name on them: your email, your storage, your API keys. There's no platform of mine in the middle and no monthly fee keeping it alive. If we part ways tomorrow, everything keeps running, and it's all still yours.
